1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Doon Minds website and the tuition and coaching services we provide. By using this website or enrolling with us, you accept them.

2. Our services

We provide home tuition, live online classes and offline classroom coaching for school students and for NEET, IIT-JEE and NDA aspirants. Course content, batch timings, teachers and schedules may be changed where reasonably necessary; we will tell you in advance wherever possible.

3. Enrolment and fees

Fees, the payment schedule and the duration of a course are confirmed at the time of enrolment. Unless stated otherwise, fees do not include study material, test series or examination fees charged by third parties.

4. Tutor registration

Registering as a tutor on this website is free. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, an assignment of students, employment, or any minimum earnings. Commission terms are set out in the registration form and are accepted at the point of application.

5. Refunds and cancellations

6. Student and parent responsibilities

We ask that students attend scheduled classes, complete assigned work, and treat teachers and other students with respect. We may discontinue classes where conduct makes teaching unreasonably difficult.

7. Academic outcomes

We provide structured teaching, guidance and assessment. We do not guarantee any particular mark, rank, selection or admission, as outcomes depend substantially on the student's own effort.

8. Intellectual property

All study material, notes, tests and website content are the property of Doon Minds and are provided for the enrolled student's personal use only. They may not be copied, resold, recorded or distributed without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from our services is limited to the fees you have paid to us for the service in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
